Situated on a quiet, leafy street, the homeowners approached us five years after purchasing their house — now with two young children in tow — with a clear and simple wish list: more closet space and an additional bathroom.

Graff Guild got to work designing a thoughtful, minimally intrusive extension that would blend seamlessly with the home’s original charm. The result is a light-filled, luxurious en-suite retreat — a true oasis for the young parents. Inspired by the home’s recently refreshed blue exterior, we carried those tones inside, layering soft blues with warm whites to create visual cohesion between indoors and out.

The final design is a quietly elegant expansion that evokes timeless, All-American charm.
